My lease ends in 6 months and I'm finally taking the plunge into buying property in New Delhi. Fed up of paying rent, but market timing ko lekar bahut confusion hai. My budget is ₹2Cr-₹3Cr for a 3BHK, eyeing Dwarka or maybe even some Vasant Kunj pockets; even checked out a Godrej project. With Delhi Metro Phase IV expansion and UER-II projects, some say prices will jump soon. Should I buy now, hoping to ride that wave, ya wait for these projects to be more complete? What if prices climb even higher then? Kya lagta hai, is it better to enter the market now, or hold off? Any experience with such infra projects affecting property values?

Bhai, exactly my situation! My lease is also up in a few months and I'm so confused. Dwarka sounds good, but Vasant Kunj pockets at 2-3 Cr for a 3BHK? Thoda mushkil lag raha hai, unless it's an older society. Metro expansion ka toh sab bol rahe hain, but kitna time lagega to actually see the price impact? Yahi tension hai.
