Fed up of renting, but Sector 2 infra worries me

Sector 2 brochures are completely misleading on family-friendly infra. Fed up of renting, finally taking the plunge, but I'm worried. Daily school drop-off is already a headache from my current rental. What about traffic from Sector 2 to decent schools? Good hospitals bhi kitne close hain? Is the local infra really ready for families, ya sirf hype hai?
