Fed up of renting, buying in Gurugram now
Gurugram mein property kharidna is proving to be way more complicated than I thought. I'm so fed up of renting in Sector 44, landlord ne rent badha diya phir se, so finally taking the plunge. My budget for a 2BHK is around ₹1.2 Cr, looking at places like Gurugram Land and Finance. But yaar, yeh all-in cost ka scene samajh nahi aa raha. Base price batate hain, but phir stamp duty, registration, PLC, parking, yeh sab add ho jaata hai. Kitna extra expect karna chahiye? Like, 15-20% on top of the base price? And negotiation, does it even work in Gurugram? Builders bilkul nahi hilte lagta hai. Koi hidden charges bhi hote hain kya jo possession ke time pe aate hain? EMI vs rent math toh karli but yeh hidden costs meri planning bigaad rahe hain. Any experiences ya advice?
