Honestly, I'm so fed up of renting, landlord ne fir rent badha diya. Finally taking the plunge for apna ghar. Sattva Lake Ridge Hyderabad dekh raha hoon. Builders brochures mein sab mast dikhate hain, but actual mein rehne ka experience kaisa hai? Community vibe friendly hai kya? Amenities sirf show ke liye hain ya useful bhi? Not sure if it's genuinely a good home.

Totally relate, bhai! Rent-free life sounds like a dream. Sattva Lake Ridge looks good on paper, but I'm worried about the actual budget. First-time buyer hoon, darr lag raha hai kahin overpay na kar doon. Kya lagta hai, budget mein aa jayega kya?
