Emaar Amaris mein construction quality bas brochure pe achhi hai kya? Fed up of renting, but I need a genuine home, not one with constant seepage ya fittings issues. Everyone glorifies amenities, but are they actually usable after a year? Ya phir woh bhi ghost facilities hain? EMI bhar ke bhi repairs mein paise lagenge kya? Change my mind.
