Resale liquidity for completed projects is my biggest worry right now. I'm fed up of renting, landlord ne phir rent badha diya, so finally taking the plunge and looking at Kiera Ryhan Residency. It's completed, no construction risk, which is great. But iski actual rental yield kitni hai? Brokers ₹20-25k bolte hain, real numbers kya hain? Aur agar 5 saal baad exit karna ho, toh resale market kitna active hai yahan? Will I find buyers easily for good capital appreciation? Matlab, is it truly a solid investment for long-term wealth creation?

No construction risk is a big relief for first-time buyers like us. That's a huge plus. But where exactly is Kiera Ryhan Residency? Location matters a lot for rental yield. Is it near any commercial hub or metro station?
49 units? Bhai, itni kam units waale projects mein resale bahut slow hoti hai. Liquidity ka issue pakka aayega. Be careful!
