Two years ago I'd have laughed at these prices. Fed up of renting, ab Legacy Celino dekh raha hoon investment ke liye. Construction quality kitni important hai for resale? Cracks, seepage after a year, does it affect future value? Aur power backup ka kya scene hai wahaan? Full flat backup ya sirf common areas? Tenant attraction ke liye yeh sab matter karta hai, right?

Bhai, you're not alone. Renting is a pain

Honestly, Legacy Celino for investment? I'd be very careful. The price range is high for a completed project with only 24 units. Plus, if construction quality is even a slight concern, finding good tenants or a quick resale will be tough. Rent yields in that area aren't phenomenal either to justify such a high capital investment. Better to look at projects with more amenities or in upcoming growth corridors.
Power backup ke liye, Celino mein sirf common areas. Full flat backup nahi.
Sahi kaha, construction quality is paramount. My friend bought in Akshayanagar, new flat, but within 6 months, minor cracks started appearing. Resale value toh drop hoti hi hai aise mein, aur tenant bhi complain karte hain.
