posted on 7 MayFed up of renting, eyeing Manglam Luxury Homes
Under-construction projects in Ghaziabad make me nervous, honestly. I'm checking out Manglam Luxury Homes, around ₹1.35 Cr. Fed up of renting, thinking of taking the plunge. Is it truly livable daily, or just good on paper? What about amenity quality and noise levels there? EMI vs rent math is killing me. Any residents share their experience?

I feel you, yaar! Renting is such a drain, it just feels like throwing money away every month. Manglam Luxury Homes ka location kaisa hai, like daily commute aur basic necessities ke liye theek hai kya? My biggest worry is getting stuck in a place that looks good in photos but is a nightmare to live in every day, especially with noise from construction or main roads. Amenities agar sirf show-off ke liye hain toh kya faayda, I want actual usability.
U2, I live nearby, in Abhay Khand. Location wise, it's decent. Connectivity to Delhi/Noida is okay, but traffic can be a nightmare during peak hours,
Bhai, ₹1.35 Cr for Ghaziabad under-construction? Thoda zyada nahi lag raha? Especially for a builder jiska RERA number hi nahi hai. I'd be super careful.
Exactly! My friend got stuck in a similar situation near Ahinsa Khand 1. Builder ne bahut late kiya aur quality bhi compromise ho gayi.
U1, totally agree. Market mein prices aise hi inflated hain, especially for new projects. Ghaziabad mein bhi ab rates badh gaye hain, but for a project with no RERA, this price is a huge red flag. It means you don't have the same legal recourse if things go south, like delays or quality issues. Better to look at projects with proper approvals and a transparent track record before taking such a big financial plunge.
