Fed up of renting, eyeing Sukhdev Vihar

My landlord hiked the rent again, I'm seriously fed up of renting. Looking at Swaraj Homes Sukhdev Vihar Pocket A, around ₹1.35 Cr. Is it genuinely good for daily living, or just looks nice on paper? What's the amenity reality there; are they actually useful? Also, how's the neighbourhood quality, like schools and markets nearby? Worried about the actual community feel.
