Fed up of renting, finally buying

Yaar, Bangalore mein renting se toh pak gaya hoon. Finally, plan banaya hai apna ghar lene ka. Sterling Ascentia dekh raha tha. Primary concern is the clubhouse quality – is it actually used daily by residents or just for show like in so many other projects? And for someone looking at it as a long-term investment, does a fancy clubhouse really add significant resale value, or is it just a premium we pay upfront for amenities we might not even use?
