Fed up of renting, finally buying in Faridabad

Rents up 15% again, fed up. Looking at 2BHKs in Sector 35. Builders quote ₹80L. Can we actually negotiate these prices in Faridabad? What hidden costs should I watch for?

Haan bhai, same boat! Rents are insane, literally eating into savings. 80L for a 2BHK in Sector 35 sounds high, but maybe negotiable if they're desperate to close. What's this hidden costs part you mentioned? That's what scares me the most.

Negotiation is tough these days, especially with good builders. They're not budging much. Hidden costs are stamp duty, registration, maintenance advance, IFMS (Interest Free Maintenance Security), club
