Fed up of renting, finally buying in Noida?
Landlord ne fir rent badha diya! I'm seriously considering S & U Golden Nest vs Arihant Abode. Arihant's price is crazy high, but ready to move hai. Golden Nest is cheaper, but carpet area kitna hoga? Which one has better resale value, ya ROI?

Yaar, Golden Nest mein mere ek friend ne liya tha. Carpet area thoda compact hai, but location wise it's decent if you're looking near Alpha-II. Resale value ka toh pata nahi, but rent pe toh nikal jaata hai. Arihant Abode ka price high hai, par quality mein compromise nahi karte woh log. ROI agar long
Golden Nest ka possession 2017 mein ho gaya tha, so it's completed. But us time pe kaafi issues the builder ke saath, delays wagera. Make sure you check all documents thoroughly. Ready-to-move ka apna faayda hai, but price difference kitna hai exactly?
Haan, RERA approved toh hai. But woh 2017 ki baat hai, tab rules thode alag the. Abhi toh completed hai. Builder ka track record abhi ka dekhna padega.
Delays the? Kaisa builder hai phir yeh Golden Nest wala? RERA approved hai na?
Uff, rent ka dard sabka same hai! Golden Nest suna hai 2017 ka possession hai, toh old project ho gaya. Arihant ka price toh sunke hi darr lagta hai.
