U2, Noida Extension mein bahut options hain. But be very careful about the builder's reputation. Supertech, Amrapali... bahut logon ka paisa doob gaya.
I bought in Sector 137 three years ago. Rates have almost doubled. But the construction quality is just average. Wish I had done more research.
