Honestly, fed up of renting, I'm finally taking the plunge and looking to buy in Gurgaon. Sector 113 on Dwarka Expressway caught my eye – seems like a lot of development happening. Builders like M3M and Godrej are there, but the prices seem high for a still-developing area. Kya lagta hai, is ₹2.5 Cr for a 3BHK justified? I'm thinking long-term, 3-5 years. Will the ROI be good after Dwarka Expressway fully opens? Daily commute ka kya scene hai? Metro connectivity kaisa hai from there? Any hidden costs people faced after moving in?

₹2.5 Cr for 3BHK in Sector 113? That's quite steep, in my opinion. While Dwarka Expressway will be a game-changer, the 'fully open' part is still a big question mark. I've heard stories about projects getting delayed for years. Also, factor in the maintenance charges, club fees, and registration costs – these can easily add another 10-15 lakhs. Don't forget the fit-out costs inside the apartment too.
Totally agree about the price. ₹2.5 Cr is too much for an area that's still so raw. You can get something decent in Baharampur Naya for much less, though it's further out.
Totally relate, bhai! Renting feels like throwing money away. Sector 113 does look promising, especially with the expressway nearing completion. I'm also eyeing that area for investment, but the prices are definitely making me nervous. Hope we get some good insights here.

Totally understand your frustration with renting! It's a black hole for money. You mentioned M3M and Godrej, but have you checked their possession timelines and RERA track record for this specific area? Some builders have a reputation for delays, especially in developing corridors like this.
