Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Bowenpally. Landlord ne rent badha diya yaar, I'm so fed up of renting. Finally decided to take the plunge and buy something in Hyderabad. Dekha toh Gachibowli, Kokapet mein prices bilkul out of budget hain, even for a 2BHK. My budget is around ₹1.2 Cr max. I'm thinking about the Metro Rail Phase 2 expansion and the RRR. Will areas like Bowenpally really see big appreciation once these projects complete? Or is it already priced in? Not sure if I should look a bit further out, like near the RRR, for better investment potential. Kya abhi bhi koi good investment windows bache hain near these infra corridors jo affordable ho? Any thoughts or experiences?
