Fed up of renting, finally considering buying in BLR

Is anyone else fed up with these crazy rent hikes in Bengaluru? My landlord in Glass Factory Layout just upped my rent by 30% again. I'm seriously doing the EMI vs rent math now. Should I finally buy a 2BHK around Whitefield? What's the real monthly EMI difference you guys are seeing?

Totally relate, bhai! My landlord near Marathahalli just asked for a 25% hike. Lagta hai ab time aa gaya hai to buy. It's becoming impossible to save anything with these rent demands.

Haan yaar, same pinch. But Whitefield mein prices bahut high hain, especially for a decent 2BHK. Have you looked at areas like Aavalahalli? Thoda door hai from the main tech parks but shayad budget mein aa jaye. EMI ka difference toh bohot bada factor hai,
