Fed up of renting, finally looking to buy in Mohali
Renting in Mohali has become a constant headache. Fed up of renting, yaar. My landlord just hiked rent again, so I'm finally taking the plunge and looking to buy. Ansal Esencia, Sector 67, Mohali mein dekh raha hoon. Price range ₹2.30-₹2.60 Cr seems okay for the location, but is it actually worth it for daily living? Amenities brochure mein toh bohot acchi lagti hain, but real mein kitni functional hain? Especially the clubhouse and gym, are they well-maintained ya bas show-off hai? Main concern hai ki is it genuinely good to live in daily, ya bas paper pe sahi hai? Neighbourhood quality bhi important hai – schools, hospitals, markets nearby? Aur community ka vibe kaisa hai wahan? Koi actual resident hai Ansal Esencia mein? Aapka experience kaisa raha hai? EMI vs rent ka math toh kar liya, but yeh project daily life ke liye sahi hai kya?

Bhai, Ansal ka track record Mohali mein utna accha nahi raha hai. ₹2.3-2.6 Cr is a big amount for a first-time buyer, especially for Ansal. Price toh completed project ke liye theek lag raha hai, but maintenance charges aur hidden costs bhi dekh lena. Kahin baad mein sir dard na ban jaye.
