Shamshabad keeps coming up every time I shortlist something. Fed up of renting, my landlord just hiked rent again. Finally taking the plunge for a 2BHK. Prices there, around ₹78L, seem high. Is that justified? Any negotiation room? What's the investment potential for the next 3-5 years? Should I expect good appreciation?

Yaar, same boat! ₹78L for a 2BHK in Shamshabad feels like a lot. Builder quotes toh aise hi hote hain. Justified hai kya itna price? Mera budget bhi similar hai aur I'm worried about future appreciation. Kya lagta hai, next 3-5 years mein returns milenge?
