Fed up of renting, finally pulling the trigger in Ghaziabad

Vasundhara — I'm honestly so fed up of renting, landlord raised rent again, toh finally taking the plunge. Mera budget is around ₹70-80L for a 2BHK ya small 3BHK. EMI vs rent ka math Ghaziabad mein sahi mein work karta hai kya? Matlab, current rents are high, but EMI bhi toh kam nahi hoti. Delhi-Meerut Expressway aur Metro extension ki wajah se prices already kafi badh gaye hain. Is it still a good time to buy, ya market peaked out? Gaurs ya Mahagun ke projects mein quality kaisi hai? Anyone has experience with them in Ghaziabad? Not sure if Vasundhara mein water supply ya traffic ka issue zyada hai. Advice please!
