Honestly, I'm so fed up of renting, landlord ne phir rent badha diya. Finally, I'm taking the plunge for a 2BHK in Gurgaon. EMI vs rent math ab sahi lag raha hai. I'm looking at Bestech City 2 and GLS Avenue 51. Both seem okay budget-wise around ₹1.2 Cr. But main concern hai construction quality. Bestech ka Bestech City 2 mein plaster cracks ya seepage issues sunne mein aaye hain kya? Aur GLS Avenue 51 mein amenities jo promise ki hain, kya wo actually deliver hoti hain? Any real experiences with either builder's quality post-possession?
