Ansal Aastha Mig Zone in Rajkot — I'm seriously looking at a 2 BHK here, fed up of renting, honestly. My landlord just raised rent again, so I'm finally taking the plunge. The ₹29-30 L price tag looks okay for a completed project, but I'm trying to figure out if it's genuinely a good place to live daily, or just okay on paper. What's the community vibe like? Is it friendly, or do people mostly keep to themselves? Also, how's the neighbourhood? Are there decent schools nearby for kids, and easy access to hospitals or markets? The EMI vs rent math makes sense for me, but I don't want to compromise on daily life quality. Any current residents can shed some light? Really appreciate any honest opinions.
