Fed up of renting, finally pulling the trigger on Mohali
Palm Floor Esencia ka real delivery timeline kya hai? I'm finally taking the plunge, fed up of renting yaar. Landlord ne phir rent badha diya. Thinking of investing here, but it's an ongoing project, so under-construction risk ka tension hai. Builder ka track record kaisa hai for timely delivery in Mohali? Koi past project mein delays hue hain kya? Also, what about its resale market? Is it liquid enough agar 5-7 saal mein exit karna pade? Given the ₹4.5 Cr price point, capital appreciation ka kya scene hai? Not sure if this price is justified for future returns. Kya iska resale value accha hoga? Opinions needed, please.
