Fed up of renting, finally taking the plunge

NH-24 Ghaziabad – everyone talks about new launches and pre-booking discounts, but honestly, I'm fed up of renting and want real value. My landlord raised rent again, so I'm finally taking the plunge. Okay, I'll say what no one says: the secondary market is where true deals are, especially around areas like Raj Nagar Extension. You can actually negotiate hard on resale flats, unlike with Yash Promoters or Gaurs. Is it just me, or are we overlooking these price correction zones? Change my mind.
