Fed up of renting, finally taking the plunge
Honestly, I'm completely fed up with paying rent every month. Landlord ne phir rent badha diya yaar. Finally taking the plunge, I'm looking at properties in Noida Extension, especially the 'Ready to Move' corridor. My budget is around ₹78L for a 2BHK. Prices seem to have shot up quite a bit in the last 1-2 years. Should I buy now or wait for some correction? EMI vs rent math ab toh headache ban gaya hai.
