Fed up of renting for years, finally taking the plunge for a 3BHK in Gurgaon. My budget is around ₹2.5 Cr. Thinking about Sobha projects near Golf Course Extension, but also eyeing Basai for potential value. Are construction-linked plans always better for investors, or does a higher upfront payment get you more negotiation power? 2.5 Cr for 3BHK in Golf Course Extension? Bhai, that's a tight budget for Sobha, especially if you're looking for something ready or near completion. GCE mein prices have already peaked. Hidden gems milna mushkil hai wahan. Basai might be an option but research carefully, flood plains ka issue rehta hai wahan pe. Dont get swayed by fancy brochures.
