Thinking about Sobha projects near Golf Course Extension, but also eyeing Basai for potential value. 2.5 Cr for 3BHK in Golf Course Extension? Bhai, that's a tight budget for Sobha, especially if you're looking for something ready or near completion. GCE mein prices have already peaked. Hidden gems milna mushkil hai wahan. Basai might be an option but research carefully, flood plains ka issue rehta hai wahan pe. Dont get swayed by fancy brochures.
