Fed up of renting, finally taking the plunge in Hyd

Sattva Lake Ridge – I'm seriously considering a flat here, fed up of renting now. Landlord ne rent badha diya again, so finally taking the plunge. EMI vs rent ka math ab samajh aa raha hai. My main concern is maintenance charges. They seem quite high on paper. Community, is it value for money? Like, actual service quality for things like lift upkeep, common area cleaning, water supply, are they up to the mark? Or just fancy charges for nothing much? What's your real experience?
