Metro connectivity will definitely push prices up, that's a given. But Narsingi/Kokapet mein affordable options? Are you sure? Last I checked, those areas were already quite pricey. I’m also looking in that belt but my budget is tight.

Bhai, U3, Narsingi mein options mil jayenge but you have to compromise on size ya fir thoda andar dekhna padega. I saw a 2BHK there for 80L last month,
