Fed up of renting, finally taking the plunge in Rajkot

Is Rajkot's smart city infrastructure actually making a difference? I'm so fed up of renting, landlord hiked rent again. Finally looking to buy near 150 Feet Ring Road or Mota Mava. But I'm worried about basic stuff like water supply and road quality. What's the reality there?
