Planning for a 2BHK, budget around 80-90L, maybe in Sector 92 or Noida Extension. Builders like Capital Infra dikh rahe hain. Mera main concern hai hidden charges. Kya sach mein possession ke time pe itne extra paise maangte hain? Aur ye pre-launch offers, are they genuinely better ya bas marketing hype hai? Kisi ko experience hai Capital Infra ke saath ya Sector 92 mein? EMI vs rent math ab sahi lag raha hai, bas surprise costs se darr lag raha hai.
