Is Ansal API's Ansal Aastha Mig Zone actually built to last, or just for the initial wow factor? I'm finally taking the plunge after years of renting near 150 Feet Ring Road, fed up with landlords. Everyone talks about the location and amenities, but nobody seems to discuss the *real* construction quality after a couple of years. I'm worried about plaster cracks, seepage, or finishing issues that pop up post-possession. Are they using cheap subcontractors just to save a buck? I’ve seen some societies turn shabby really fast. What's the word-of-mouth on how well Ansal Aastha is maintained 2-3 years down the line? I'm looking at a 2BHK around ₹60L, and don't want to buy a future headache. Change my mind if I'm wrong.
