The EMI vs rent math in Greater Noida is really confusing me right now. Fed up of renting, especially after my landlord raised rent again, I'm finally taking the plunge. Looking at 2BHKs in Sector 150 or Noida Extension, maybe ATS or Godrej projects, around ₹80L. But with current interest rates, EMI seems high. Should I buy now or wait a bit? Jewar Airport se appreciation toh hoga, but will it justify the current cost? Kya lagta hai, is it worth it?

Main toh do saal pehle Noida Extension mein ek project book kar chuka hoon, 2BHK around ₹65L mein. Tab laga tha bahut sahi deal hai, but abhi bhi possession ka wait kar raha hoon. Builder bas dates pe date de raha hai. Aapne jo ATS ya Godrej ke projects soche hain, unka possession status kya hai? Agar ready-to-move mil raha hai, tab socho, warna phans sakte ho.
