The real value of amenities for investors is often completely misunderstood. Fed up of renting, I'm eyeing Emaar Amaris, Mohali. Tenant attraction ke liye water supply aur elevator quality kitni important hai? Koi bata sakta hai ki water tanks sufficient hain ya tanker dependency rehti hai? Aur elevators ka maintenance kaisa hai? Does a good children's play area actually justify premium rent ya just a checklist item?

Fed up of renting, I'm seriously looking at Emaar Amaris, Mohali. The project is ongoing, possession date 2030-08-01, but I'm confused about amenities. Tenant attraction ke liye water supply aur elevator quality kitni important hai? Koi bata sakta hai ki water tanks sufficient hain ya tanker dependency rehti hai? Aur elevators ka maintenance kaisa hai? Does a good children's play area actually justify premium rent ya just a checklist item? Price range is ₹3.7 Cr – ₹6.3 Cr, which is a big amount for me. Any advice for a first-time investor?
