Fed up of renting, navigating hidden costs in Goyal Colony

Fed up of renting, finally taking the plunge in Goyal Colony, Noida Extension. My budget's around ₹75L for a 2BHK. Builders quote one price, then there's PLC, club charges, OC... it just keeps adding up. Are these prices even justified? Feels like a bait and switch every time. Is there any actual negotiation room, or are we just stuck paying whatever they demand? Honestly, not sure if I'm missing something or if this is just the norm. Anyone else face these hidden costs?

Totally relate yaar! Goyal Colony mein ₹75L for a 2BHK sounds doable on paper, but the hidden costs just kill it. Builder ne bola tha ₹65L, fir add karte gaye karte gaye, end mein ₹80L tak pahunch gaya. Same feeling, bait and switch. Kaise deal karein inse?
