Fed up of renting, Noida home search dilemma
Okay I'll be honest — I'm completely fed up of renting, especially after my landlord raised rent again. I'm finally taking the plunge to buy in Noida. My budget is around ₹1.5 Cr for a 3BHK. I've been looking at the Premium Builders corridor, like sectors 150/128, but man, prices feel like they've shot up like crazy in the last 1.5-2 years. It feels like every time I check, it's another 5-10% increase. I'm trying to do the EMI vs rent math, and it's tough justifying these current rates. Is this just the new normal, or should I wait a bit? Some agents say prices will only go higher, others hint at a possible plateau. What's the community's take on the current price trends in Premium Builders? Is now a good time to buy, or should I hold off for a few months?

Haan, same feeling. I
Totally relate! I'm in the same boat, yaar. Rent is just burning a hole in my pocket, and every time I think of buying, prices seem to have gone up again. It's like a never-ending chase. Noida mein 1.5 Cr for a 3BHK in Sector 150 sounds about right, but the jump in two years is insane. Lagta hai abhi nahi liya toh aur mehnga ho jayega.
