Is getting a ready-to-move flat in Noida worth the premium over an upcoming project? Rent se toh sach mein tang aa gaya hoon, landlord ne phir rent badha diya. Finally thinking of buying. GBG Infratech GBG Residency dekha hai, completed hai, ₹20L tak mil jaa raha hai. Carpet area wise, itna bada nahi laga, but possession turant mil jayega. Dusri taraf, RG Pleiaddes upcoming hai, ₹1.4 Cr se shuru. Builder ka track record theek lag raha hai. But upcoming mein delivery ka risk rehta hai na? Aur 5 saal mein kismein better appreciation milega? GBG mein entry low hai, but puraani society hai. RG mein naya project hai, toh future potential zyada hoga? Confused hoon yaar. Kya lagta hai?

Bhai, your dilemma is exactly what I'm facing! Rent badhte jaa raha hai, it's draining. Ready-to-move ka thought process sahi hai, at least possession ka tension nahi. GBG Residency 20L mein mil raha hai toh entry point definitely low hai, which is attractive. But haan, carpet area ka issue ho sakta hai.
