Fed up of renting, now eyeing Delhi's property maze
Mayur Vihar Phase 3 — been looking at properties here, yaar, fed up of renting now, it's time to invest. My landlord just hiked the rent again, so I'm finally taking the plunge. Sakshi Buildmark Pvt Ltd ka ek project dekha hai, 2BHK. Price quote ₹1.2 Cr hai for a 1000 sqft apartment. Sounds okay initially, but I know there's more to it. Mera biggest concern hai all-in cost. Is that ₹1.2 Cr just the base price, ya phir isme stamp duty, registration, parking, PLC sab included hai? Builders often hide charges till the last minute, right? Like maintenance deposit, club membership fees, OC related costs... I'm wondering if pre-launch offers actually save money, or woh bas ek marketing gimmick hai. What's the real total cost of acquisition in Delhi, especially for new projects? Any hidden charges I should watch out for?

Price toh bahut zyada lag raha hai bhai for Mayur Vihar Phase 3, that too for 1000 sqft. Sakshi Buildmark ka track record bhi check kar lena, suna hai late delivery karte hain.
Exactly! ₹1.2 Cr for 1000 sqft in MV3 is pushing it. Meri friend ne Anand Vihar mein liya tha, usko bhi builder ne last minute pe itne charges add kiye ki budget hil gaya. Always factor in at least 1
