Did a site visit to Sattva Lake Ridge last Sunday, and honestly, I'm fed up of this builder delay drama. My whole EMI vs rent calculation goes for a toss if they don't deliver on time. They promised possession by 2026, but looking at their past projects, delivery track record kuch theek nahi lag raha. Heard stories about 1-2 year delays. As an investor, ye time delay se mera ROI pura hil jaayega. What about penalty clauses for delays? Does anyone know if Sattva actually pays up? Or is it just lip service?
