Fed up of renting, now questioning Gurgaon's 'premium' amenities.

Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — ab Rudraa Aroma mein invest karne ka soch raha hoon. But I'm seriously worried about the maintenance charges for these so-called premium amenities. Does the actual service quality justify the high monthly outgo? For an investor like me, every rupee counts towards ROI. My last landlord raised rent again, fed up of renting. I need to know if these charges are value for money ya bas builder ka profit margin hai. Disagree? Tell me why.
