Fed up of renting, now worried about build quality
Fed up of renting for years, finally taking the plunge and looking for my own place in Gurgaon. Budget finalized, loan pre-approved – ab bas project choose karna hai. I'm really worried about construction quality. Dekha hai kitne projects mein after a year or two, cracks dikhne lagte hain, fittings kharab ho jaate hain, seepage ka issue aata hai. For an investor like me, this directly impacts resale value and future maintenance costs, plus tenant attraction. Sobha Crescent mein kya scene hai? Builders promise high-quality finish but delivered product mein kitna difference hota hai? Has anyone bought there and faced major snag-list issues after possession? Yaar, it's a huge investment, don't want to regret it later. How do you check for this during site visits?

Sobha Crescent? Bhai, 2033 possession date toh bahut door hai, aur price range bhi high hai (₹4.7 Cr – ₹7.2 Cr). Kya guarantee
Totally agree, build quality is a major concern these days. Builders promise the moon, but delivery is often sub-par. I'm also looking in Gurgaon and this fear is real. It's not just about the big structural stuff, even small things like fittings and paint finish can be a nightmare later.
