Fed up of renting, now worried about construction quality
Construction quality is my biggest worry when investing in Bangalore. Fed up of renting, I'm finally looking to buy, maybe something like Varasinduri Rings Avenue. But yaar, I've seen so many horror stories about cracks, seepage, aur fittings ki problems after a year. How badly does this affect resale value and future maintenance? Aur yeh jo bade-bade clubhouses hote hain, are they actually used ya bas showpiece? Kya maintenance charges justified hain for the actual service? Not sure if amenities really attract good tenants or just inflate pricing.

₹48 L – ₹66 L for Varasinduri Rings Avenue feels a bit high
Varasinduri Rings Avenue ka RERA number toh PRM/KA/RERA/1250/304/PR/280325/007637 hai. But possession date 2029-03-01 dikha raha hai. Itna late kyu hai for an ongoing project? Aur 144 units hain, itna bada project hai toh quality maintain karna mushkil ho sakta hai.
U9, unfortunately, delays are very common in Bangalore's real estate market right now. Many projects are struggling with approvals or labor issues. So, a 2029 possession date, while long, isn't entirely unheard of, especially with current market conditions where material costs are also volatile.
2029? That's almost 5 years away! Is that normal for an ongoing project?
Totally get you! My cousin bought in Aavalahalli last year, builder promised the moon, but now the walls are damp. Resale value toh door ki baat, they're just struggling with repairs. Bangalore mein quality control ka issue hai.

Haan yaar, resale value ka toh sabse zyada tension hai.
Maintenance charges ka toh alag hi scam hai. They promise world-class facilities, then you see the security guards sleeping and cleaning staff missing. And the society charges you hefty amounts for 'common area maintenance' jo kabhi transparent nahi hota. Amenities attract tenants only if they are actually usable and well-maintained. Otherwise, it's just an added cost.
Exactly, U1! My biggest fear is investing all my savings and then getting stuck with a lemon. Heard similar stories from friends who bought near Adigara Kallahalli. Builders cut corners, aur baad mein buyer rota hai.
