Fed up of renting, Prestige City prices confusing me

Been paying rent for 10 years now, and honestly, I'm done. Landlord ne phir rent badha diya. Finally thinking of buying my own place, looking seriously at Prestige City. My budget is around 1.2-1.5 Cr for a 2.5/3 BHK. Dekh raha hoon ki prices kaafi badh gaye hain, yaar. Jab pehle suna tha, itna nahi tha. Ab jo rates chal rahe hain, is it worth it for an end-user? Matlab, daily life ke liye, is it actually a good home or just big numbers? What's the real scene with prices there? Kuch log bolte hain ki it's too high for what you get in terms of actual living. Also, neighbourhood mein schools, hospitals, markets kitne convenient hain? Not sure if current price trend justifies the overall living experience. Kya bolte ho?
