Landlord ne phir rent badha diya! I'm finally buying. Sector 30 looks decent, but resale flats are expensive. RBS Buildtech Pvt Ltd has some under-construction projects. Risky hai kya? EMI vs rent math is confusing me. Any real experiences? Kitna hold karna chahiye for max gain?
