Fed up of renting, Sector 55 looks promising?

Sector 55 keeps popping up. I'm so done with paying rent, landlord raised it again! But is Sector 55 really as peaceful as everyone says? Matlab, how's the water situation and power cuts? Heard some horror stories. Also, resale value ka kya scene hai? Easily bik jayega agar kabhi bechna pada toh? Change my mind. Or confirm my fears. Finally taking the plunge, EMI vs rent math is getting too real.
