Is Vipul Orchid Square ka clubhouse actually use hota hai ya just show-off hai? Yaar, fed up of renting, finally taking the plunge. Construction quality after a year कैसी रहती है? Maintenance charges worth it hai kya?

Mere ek relative ne 2010 mein ek property li thi Badshahpur area mein, wahan builder ne possession date kaafi extend kar di thi aur amenities bhi cut short kar di thi. Toh Vipul Orchid Square, being an older project, I'd say due diligence bahut zaroori hai. Ask for all maintenance records and check for any structural issues. Kya yahan koi owner hai jo bata sake ki common areas ki upkeep kaisi hai?

Current market conditions mein Gurugram mein inventory kaafi hai, toh jaldi baazi mat karo. Compare with newer projects in similar price brackets, even if they are slightly further away.

Toh yahan Vipul Orchid Square mein current residents bata sakte hain kya ki construction quality after 15+ years kaisi hai? Aur is price range (₹3.5 Cr – ₹11.5 Cr) mein, kya yeh worth it hai considering the age? Resale value pe bhi fark padega na?

Main toh Airport Road (Gurgaon side) ke paas hi rehta hoon, yahan bhi purane apartments mein maintenance charges bahut high hote hain but services are okay-okay. Vipul Orchid Square mein construction quality exterior se toh theek lagti hai, but interiors mein you might need some renovation for sure. Plumbing issues kaafi common hain purane projects mein.

Plus, 2007 ka project hai, construction quality ab tak kaisi hogi, yeh bhi tension hai. Pehle rental me bhi maintenance ka issue tha, ab khud ka ghar leke wahi problem na ho jaaye.
