Fed up of renting, which Noida project would you pick?
Finally taking the plunge and buying a place in Noida. Landlord ne phir rent badha diya! I'm looking at Investwell SR Tower (upcoming) and Gulmohar Estate (ready). SR Tower looks modern, but it's under construction. Gulmohar is ready to move, but resale. I'm thinking about future appreciation and rental potential. Carpet area kitna milega is also important. Which one would you choose and why? Help a first-time buyer out!

Bhai, Investwell SR Tower ka design to next level lag raha hai! Modern aur sleek. But yeh 'RERA Not Applicable' ka kya scene hai? First-time buyer hoon, thoda nervous ho raha hoon isko leke. Kya yeh safe hai?
U2, yeh 'RERA Not Applicable' wala point bahut bada red flag hai, especially for an upcoming project. Usually, agar total units 8 se kam ho ya plot size 500 sqm se chhota ho, tab RERA nahi lagta.
