Fed up renting, finally buying in Noida Extension

My landlord raised rent again last month, and honestly, I'm just fed up of renting. Finally taking the plunge, looking at Noida Extension. Dekh raha hoon 3BHK options, budget around ₹1.5 Cr. Sab bol rahe hain Jewar Airport se prices shoot honge. But I'm wondering, FNG Expressway aur Aqua Line extensions ka real impact kab tak dikhega? Especially in areas like Sector 117. Builders ka timeline kya hai for these infra projects? Yaar, sirf news mein hi hai sab ya actually work ho raha hai? Don't want to invest based on just future promises. Real completion date kya lagti hai for these? Any experiences with delays?
