Feeling duped by brochure promises at Aquaris 57 Avenue
Honestly, I thought being in real estate would make buying my own place easier, but I'm completely frustrated. We bought into Aquaris 57 Avenue, and the brochure looked amazing. Now, a year post-possession, the promised 'premium' construction quality is showing cracks, literally. Seepage issues are popping up, and some fittings already feel cheap. I know the super area vs. carpet area games, but this is about actual build quality. The clubhouse, touted as a happening spot, is mostly empty, and maintenance charges are steep for what feels like minimal service. It's just not what we were sold. Did anyone else buy here or similar projects in Pune and face these post-possession quality issues? What did you do about it? I'm looking for some off-the-record advice.

Wait, Aquaris 57 Avenue? Are you sure you're talking about the right project? Because as per RERA (PR1260002503013), this project is still UPCOMING with possession slated for December 203
Totally relate yaar! Builders in Pune promise the world and deliver a shack. My cousin faced similar issues with a project near Akurdi, drainage problems galore after just a year of moving in. It's like they just want to sell and then wash their hands off. What to do, this is a common story.
