Everyone talks about ROI but nobody mentions the real tax benefits for property owners here. I'm so fed up of renting, finally thinking of buying my first 2BHK. My EMI vs rent math is looking tight, but I'm wondering if Section 24 or 80C benefits actually make a big difference? Or is it just small change compared to Bangalore's high property taxes? Kisi ne actual savings dekhi hai? Planning for a place near Sarjapur Road. Change my mind.
