Feeling lost with brokers in Gurgaon property search
Honestly, I'm feeling totally overwhelmed by how many brokers are involved in this Gurgaon property search. I'm looking at a 2BHK around DLF Phase 5 or maybe something from Lion Infra Developers LLP, budget is around ₹1.5 Cr. My main question is, should I even bother with brokers? Some are quoting prices that seem way higher than what I see online for similar properties. I'm trying to figure out if going direct to the builder or searching for secondary market deals through independent agents gives a better shot at negotiation. Can you actually get a decent spot discount that way? Or do brokers somehow access better inventory or pricing that I'm missing? I'm an investor, so maximising deal value is key. Is it worth the broker fee for secondary deals, or should I just stick to direct builder for new projects?
