Okay, I'll be honest — I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed trying to pick a 3BHK in Noida Extension. Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 78, thinking of upgrading to Greater Noida West. My budget is around ₹1.5 Cr. I'm looking at Godrej, ATS, and Gaursons. Godrej ka delivery track record achha lagta hai, but construction quality ko leke thode concerns hain, like minor cracks ya finishing issues. ATS projects look premium, par customer support after booking ka kya experience hai logon ka? Gaursons ki projects thodi affordable hoti hain, but on-time delivery ka kya scene hai? Especially with the whole Jewar airport hype, sab builders time pe denge ya nahi? What about hidden charges like PLC or maintenance deposits at possession? Which builder would you recommend for an end-user like me, keeping quality and timely delivery in mind? Really need some honest opinions.
